At least, I was totally freaked the first time I was pregnant. Just wait until people start touching you all the time on the belly... well meaning yes, but after a while it gets so annoying. oh and as far as I know the belly button should go back in ;) mine did... it was the wierdest thing though when it popped out! Glad things are going well for you, can't wait to hear if dim sum is a boy or girl!
