So I have no spiced rum recipes – but I see Chow has a one: http://www.chow.com/recipes/10868 that looks pretty standard and I’ve had pretty good luck with Chows cocktail recipes.
On a related note I right now just finished making up some homemade falernum which just rocks! More rum drinks are in my future….. ( http://www.kaiserpenguin.com/make-your-own-falernum/ )
